Shoulder Pain

I am not sure what I did to upset my right shoulder, but for a few days now I have had a nasty stiff shoulder and neck that makes it all but impossible to work at the computer. I suspect it was how I slept a few nights ago, with a dog trying to curl onto that shoulder, since the same dog did that last night and my arm hurts even worse today than it had before - but I really don't know for certain and trying to take aspirin really did not help at all.

A cold compress at least eases off the pain a bit - unfortunately where the stiffness and pain is located I can not easily reach to put the cold compress. Work today has dropped to what I can hunt and peck type left handed.
